🇭🇷 Politika povrata i povrata novca (Return and Refund Policy)

Ako niste zadovoljni kupljenim proizvodom, imate pravo na povrat u roku od 14 dana od dana primitka pošiljke.
Proizvod mora biti nekorišten, neoštećen i u originalnom pakiranju.

Kupac snosi troškove povrata osim u slučaju da je proizvod oštećen ili pogrešan prilikom isporuke.

Povrat novca bit će izvršen u roku od 7 radnih dana nakon primitka vraćenog proizvoda.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
